Due to the many different domestic and international rates and methods, please send an email from the "Contact" link for special shipping requests. We will provide a firm written quote with a secure site for further processing. Checks and money orders will be accepted, but must include the shipping costs, and must clear the bank.
The products that are listed with free shipping is for the Continental United States only. The shipping costs for all the other products are calculated by using actuals and the US Postal priority shipping method, plus a small fee for handling. Please use the "Contact" link with special shipping requests.
Note:Shipping department hours are from 0800-1600 Monday through Thursday. Verified payments will be shipped out within 5-7 business days. One day express requests must me paid prior to 0900 am to get shipped same day. Shipping discounts may apply to multiple item orders. Provide phone number contact information for unexpected problems.
Returns: If a product is defective, we will replace it. Damaged goods will be considered as defective. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately. After reviewing your claim, our Customer Support Team will send you a return authorization number along with instructions on how to proceed. For all returns, please email Customer Support. We will send you a reply within a few hours.
